2005年,原国家卫生部开展打击非法行医活动以来,各级卫生监督机构打击非法行医的力度越来越大。但因打击非法行医被追究刑事责任的卫生监督员也越来越多,致使卫生监督员无人愿意从事打击非法行医工作。我县加强和法院、检察院、公安机关的沟通交流,逐步理顺打击非法行医工作机制,为打击非法行医创造一个良好的工作环境,使打击非法行医工作顺利进行。
In 2005, since the former Ministry of Health launched the crackdown on illegal medical practice, the health supervision agencies at all levels have cracked down on illegal medical practice more and more. However, more and more health supervisors are being held criminally responsible for cracking down on illegal medical practices, leaving none of the health supervisors to engage in cracking down on illegal medical practices. Our county strengthened communication with courts, procuratorates and public security organs to gradually streamline the working mechanism for cracking down on illegal medical practices and create a good working environment for cracking down illegal medical practice so that the fight against illegal medical practice will be carried out smoothly.
