采用膛内环境硬线测试技术,用微机系统进行了包括膛压、加速度、碰击力和应交在内的内弹道多力学量数据的一次性测试和数据处理。介绍了测试设备和仪器的选用,详细地讨论了测试系统中4个主要子系统:发射系统;加速度、膛压、碰击力和应变传感装置;数据采集、记录和分析系统;回收系统。对测试中所得的力信号和应交信号进行了信号分离,同时,对应交误差进行了修正。
Using the bore environment hard wire testing technology, a one-time test and data processing of multi-mechanics quantity data of internal ballistics including bore pressure, acceleration, impact force and handoff were carried out by computer system. This paper introduces the selection of testing equipment and instruments, and discusses in detail four main subsystems of the testing system: launch system; acceleration, bore pressure, impact force and strain sensing device; data acquisition, recording and analysis system; recovery system. The force signal obtained in the test and the signal to be submitted to the signal separation, at the same time, the corresponding error is corrected.
