目的 观察小儿寰枢椎的发育并探讨其临床意义。方法 螺旋CT扫描 12 6例小儿寰枢椎 ,男 6 7例 ,女 5 9例 ;年龄 2~ 14岁 ,分为 2~ 5岁组、5~ 9岁组、10~ 14岁组。同组中 ,男与女分别计算和观察。测量并计算齿突高度、齿突后倾角、寰椎前弓和齿突间距 (AOI)和齿突横径的均值 ,极差及标准差。绘制齿突尖端骨骺发育曲线图 ,乳突状齿突发生率和齿突横径柱形图。结果 齿突的高度均值、最大值和最小值 ,且无论男女 ,均伴随年龄增加而增高。齿突后倾角 ;最大值≤ 2 0度 ,最小值 0度。AOI最大值≤ 3.0mm ,最小值 2 .0mm ,均值≤ 2 .5mm。乳突状齿突发生率随年龄增加而增多 ,女多于男。齿突尖端骨骺发育多见于 7~ 10岁 ,女明显快于男。结论 测量寰枢椎的数据和形态学上变化为小儿颈椎骨折、先天性齿突畸形和寰枢椎旋转性半脱位的诊断提供量化与形态学依据
Objective To observe the development of atlantoaxial pediatric pediatric patients and explore its clinical significance. Methods A total of 126 cases of pediatric atlantoaxial spine were scanned by spiral CT, including 67 males and 59 females. The patients aged 2-14 years old were divided into groups of 2 to 5 years old, 5 to 9 years old and 10 to 14 years old. In the same group, men and women were calculated and observed separately. Measurement and calculation of odontoid height, odontoid angle, anterior arch and odontoid odontoid odontoid odontoid mean and mean and standard deviation. AOI maximum ≤ 3.0mm, minimum 2.0mm, mean ≤ 2.5mm. The incidence of papillary deformity increased with age, more women than men. The development of odontoid tip epiphyseal more common in 7 to 10 years old, women were significantly faster than men. Conclusion The data and morphological changes of atlantoaxial spine provide quantitative and morphological evidence for the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis, congenital odontoid deformity and atlantoaxial subluxation in children
