1980年12月4日至10日,在广州召开了全国第一届内科学术会议。现对消化组会上的论文报告和讨论综述如下。一、胃的疾病胃病中主要报告与讨论了溃疡病与慢性萎缩性胃炎两个问题。1.溃疡病的研究与治疗有关溃疡病发病机制的报告,指出消化性溃疡的病因是多源的。以往对胃的保护机制研究不多,此次报告了胃液粘蛋白在保护机制中的作用。
