目的:观察百两茶提取物对小鼠记忆力的影响。方法:采用小鼠灌胃给予不同剂量的百两茶提取物(100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg),连续给药30天,末次给药后进行水迷宫试验,观察小鼠登台时间和记忆消退时间。实验完成后经小鼠内眦静脉采血后,行脑组织及肝脏取材,检测小鼠肝糖原LG)、肌糖原(MG)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的水平。结果:1.百两茶提取物低、中、高剂量(100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg)能明显缩短小鼠登台时间;高剂量(400 mg/kg)组能明显延长小鼠登台记忆消退时间。2.百两茶提取物低、中、高剂量(100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg)能升高小鼠血中MG、LG的水平。3.百两茶提取物低、中、高剂量(100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg)能提高小鼠的SOD与GSHPx活性。结论:百两茶提取物能够改善小鼠学习能力。
Objective: To observe the effects of Bai Er Cha extract on the memory of mice. Methods: Mice were given 100 mg / kg, 200 mg / kg, 400 mg / kg different doses of Bupleurum extract via intragastric administration for 30 consecutive days. After the last administration, water maze test was performed to observe the effects of Rat staging time and memory fade time. After the experiment was completed, blood samples were taken from the inner canthal vein of mice and the brain tissue and liver were harvested for detection of liver glycogen (LG), muscle glycogen (MG), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione Oxidase (GSH-Px) levels. The results showed that: (1) The low, medium and high doses of 100, 100 and 200 mg / kg 400 mg / kg Baicala extract significantly shorten the staging time of mice; the group of high dose (400 mg / kg) Extend the mouse staging memory regression time. Low, medium and high doses of 100, 200 and 400 mg / kg of Bai Er Cha extract could elevate the levels of MG and LG in mice blood. Baicala extract low, medium and high doses (100 mg / kg, 200 mg / kg, 400 mg / kg) can increase SOD and GSHPx activity in mice. Conclusion: Bai Er Cha extract can improve learning ability of mice.
