收集、整理,重新面对三聚氰胺事件不是一件轻松的工作。从事件发展的脉络中,可以清晰的读出其必然性。患儿的哭泣也许能够远去,可是行业自身是否真的消解产生三聚氰胺事件的体制和基础?记忆是为了忘却,但是真正的忘却只能在那些生产出三聚氰胺事件的基础和体制消失之后才能实现。2006年6月6日,当时三鹿集团高管吴聚生在一次奶业研讨会上专门谈到了原料奶流通体系建设中的问题和潜在危机。两年后的三聚氰胺事件中,正是这些问题以及三鹿自身的错误,彻底葬送了三鹿集团。明白人吴聚生同样被这一事件所裹袭,法院判定其在三鹿奶粉事件中犯生产、销售伪劣产品罪,被判处有期徒刑5年。今日,回头再看这篇文章,弥漫着一种行业体制性悲剧的味道,但是文章中提及的问题和建议,在今天依旧还拥有着力量,足以鞭策行业人反思、警醒和前行。是以,编者以这样一篇特别的文章,拉开三聚氰胺事件一周年祭的序幕。
Collecting, organizing and regaining the melamine incident is not an easy task. From the context of incident development, we can clearly read out its inevitability. Crying in children may be able to go away, but is the industry really trying to eliminate the system and basis for the melamine incident? June 6, 2006, when Wu Jusheng, an executive at Sanlu Group, talked at a dairy seminar about the problems and potential crises in the construction of a raw milk circulation system. In the melamine incident two years later, it was these problems and Sanlu’s own mistakes that completely ruined the Sanlu Group. Clearly, Wu Ju-sheng was similarly caught up in this incident. The court ruled that it committed a crime of producing and selling counterfeit products in the Sanlu milk powder incident and was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment. Today, looking back at this article, it is filled with the taste of an industrial tragedy. However, the problems and suggestions mentioned in the article still have the power to urge people in the industry to reflect, watch and move forward. Therefore, with such a special article, the editor opened the first anniversary of the melamine incident.
