针对某高速公路砼路面板底灌浆养护工程,运用统计过程控制(SPC)进行质量问题的分析、寻求其产生的原因,采取技术措施进行工程施工质量控制,以达到设计和有关规范的要求。
Aiming at the bottom grouting maintenance project of concrete highway pavement of a certain expressway, the paper analyzes the quality problems by means of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and seeks for the causes of the problems. It takes technical measures to control the construction quality so as to meet the requirements of design and related specifications.
