Data sources Beijing Kaiyuan Strategy Information Consulting Co., Ltd. conducted a sample survey of the retail outlets of newspapers and periodicals in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in March 2005, collecting 572 valid samples. The survey uses stratified sampling methods to screen representative newspaper sales stalls, using interviewers’ questionnaires to interview the interviewers and ask interviewers to assist the stalls to complete the questionnaire on the spot. After the visit, the survey data into
