自1958年Millard采用旋转推进法整复单侧唇裂以来,经过不断改进,此法已得到普遍推广和应用。我科从1978年11月至83年12月,用旋转推法进整复单侧唇裂100例。其中三度唇裂53例;二度47例。年龄从3月到25岁,其中半岁以内9例;半岁～1岁26例;1岁～2岁15例;2～5岁13例;5岁～18岁35例;18岁以上2例。在100例中,有11例是与腭裂同期整复。此外,用此法行二期整复3例。经近期观察,无论一期或二期整复,效果均令人满意(图1)。现将我们的临床体会总结如下:
