逆变桥能否正常换流依赖于换流电路的正确设计。换流电路参数和元件选择的合理性对逆变电路工作可靠性有决定性作用。本文讨论换流电路的设计方法,给出了换流电感和电容的计算公式。根据换流能力提高稳态运行效率两方面要求给出基本公式,根据对电路元件电压上升率和电流上升率的分析,提出了参数选择的限制条件。文中还讨论了换流电路设计中会遇到的其它一些有关问题。
Inverter bridge can be normal converter depends on the correct design of the converter circuit. The commutation circuit parameters and the rationality of component selection are decisive for the reliability of the inverter circuit. This article discusses the design of the commutation circuit, and gives the formula of commutation inductance and capacitance. According to the commutation ability to improve the steady-state operating efficiency, two basic requirements are given. Based on the analysis of the voltage rise rate and the current rise rate of the circuit components, the parameter selection constraints are proposed. The paper also discusses some other related problems encountered in the design of the commutation circuit.
