目的:评价奥硝唑和罗红霉素联用对患者预防人工种植牙术后感染的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年2月—2016年2月间进行人工种植牙手术患者56例,将其随机分为单一组和联合组,每组28例;单一组患者给予奥硝唑片口服治疗,联合组患者给予奥硝唑片和罗红霉素片联用治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛症状按VAS疼痛量表评分的标准评分值和治疗后的总有效率,以及术后感染的发生率和不良反应的发生率。结果:联合组患者用药后的总有效率高于单一组(P<0.05),患者的人工种植牙术后感染的发生率低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者疼痛症状按VAS疼痛量表评分的评分值,经比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合组患者的疼痛评分值明显低于单一组(P<0.05);两组患者用药期间不良反应的发生率经比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用奥硝唑和罗红霉素联用预防人工种植牙术后感染患者的临床疗效优于单用奥硝唑,且术后感染的发生率下降。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ornidazole combined with roxithromycin in the prevention of postoperative infection of artificial dental implant. Methods: Fifty-six patients undergoing dental implant surgery between February 2015 and February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into single group and combined group, with 28 cases in each group. CONCLUSION: The clinical efficacy of ornidazole combined with roxithromycin in preventing postoperative infection of artificial dental implant is better than that of ornidazole alone. The incidence of postoperative infection is also decreased.
