目的:建立黄芩提取物亚微乳中的乙醇残留量的测定方法。方法:毛细管气相色谱法,以甲醇为内标,色谱柱为SUPELCOWAX10聚乙二醇毛细管柱,检测器为氢焰离子化检测器;程序升温(初始温度80℃,以8℃.min-1速率升至120℃),载气为氮气,检测器为FID。结果:乙醇含量在0.101~1.005 g.L-1线性关系良好(R2=0.998 8);平均回收率100.42%,RSD2.27%;最低检测限3.03 mg.L-1。结论:该法灵敏、准确、可靠,适用于本品中乙醇残留量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ethanol residues in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi submicroemulsion. Methods: The capillary gas chromatography with methanol as internal standard, the column was SUPELCOWAX10 polyethylene glycol capillary column, the detector was hydrogen flame ionization detector; programmed temperature (initial temperature 80 ℃, at 8 ℃. Min-1 rate Rose to 120 ° C), a carrier gas of nitrogen, and a detector of FID. Results: The linear range of ethanol content was 0.101 ~ 1.005 g.L-1 (R2 = 0.998 8). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and reliable, suitable for the determination of ethanol residues in this product.
