幼儿园班主任工作在幼儿园管理中起着举足轻重的作用。而这种工作又不同于其他行业,她面对的是一个特殊的群体——个个不谙世事却又天真活泼、朝气蓬勃的幼儿。要做好这份工作,不能单靠热情,她需要真爱的付出,需要心与心的交流……这样才能使幼儿在德、智、体、美、劳等各方面全面健康发展。作为幼儿班主任应加强学习和研究,不断更新教育观念,转变教育行为。为幼儿提供安全、健康、丰富的生活和活动环境,满足幼儿多方面发展的需要,尊重幼儿身心发展的特点和规律,关注个别差异,坚持并重,使幼儿身心健康成长,促进体智德美全面发展。笔者根据自己的教学实践,认为可以从以下几个方面来着手。一、捧出一颗爱心,促进孩子健康成长
