1 V形带的使用与保养(1)装卸。安装前首先要检查主动轮、被动轮和张紧轮是否在同一平面上。装卸时应将张紧轮松开,或将无级变速一端轮盘先拆卸下来,将皮带装上或卸下。新三角带太紧,装卸时,应先卸下一个皮带轮,套上或卸下三角带以后再把皮带轮安装好,不得硬装硬卸。一般联组V形带应卸下带轮后装卸。(2)张紧。一般两轮距1m左右时,用手指按压三角带中部,皮带垂直下降10~20mm为宜。使用中应经常
