对市售升麻的成分进行了研究,分离出新的糖甙升麻甙H-5及H-6,并确定了其结构。 通过各种色谱法,从市售升麻的糖甙组分中分离出化合物1,2.1为白色粉末,分子式C_(35)H_(48)C_(10);2为无色结晶,分子式C_(32)H_(48)O_(10),通过~iH-NMR色谱法,1及2各自在δH4.56ppm(单峰)、4.77ppm(单峰)观察到羟基根部碳上的氢。经对各种色谱数据的研究,搞清了1为升麻甙H-1的15ξ-OH体,2为升麻甙H-4的15α-OH体。
The composition of commercially available Cimicifuga was studied, and new glycosides, Cimicifuga H-5 and H-6, were isolated and the structure was determined. Compound 1 was isolated from the commercially available glycoside fraction of Cimicifuga by various chromatographic methods. 2.1 was a white powder. Molecular formula C_(35)H_(48)C_(10); 2 was colorless crystal, molecular formula C_( 32) H — (48)O — (10) By means of ~iH-NMR chromatography, hydrogen on the hydroxyl radical carbon was observed at δH 4.56 ppm (single peak) and 4.77 ppm (single peak) for 1 and 2 respectively. After studying the various chromatographic data, it was found that 1 is the 15 ξ-OH body of Cimicifuga H-1, and 2 is the 15α-OH body of Cipa H-4.
