当随着企业改制的不断扩大和深化以及市场劳动力供大于求现象的不断产生,劳动力供求总量矛盾与结构性矛盾日益突出,城镇就业压力大与农村富裕劳动力转移加快不可避免同时出现,一些用人单位以居高临下的姿态随意处置劳动的法律关系导致劳动者各种权利受到侵害的现象也不断出现,因此,我国劳动者权利保护的现状不容乐观。
