目的探讨通信施工人员自我和谐的相关因素。方法对260名通信施工人员采用自我和谐量表进行测评。结果①通信施工人员自我和谐得分偏高;不和谐人数比例较大;②自我和谐总分在年龄、工龄、学历和收入方面差异达显著性(F=3.62,4.81,3.76,9.03;P<0.05)。结论通信施工人员自我和谐水平偏低;年龄、工龄、学历和收入影响自我和谐程度。
Objective To explore the related factors of self-consistency of communication construction workers. Methods A total of 260 communication constructors were measured by self-consistency scale. Results ① The self-harmony score of communication construction workers was high; the proportion of disharmony was large; ② The self-consistency score had significant difference in age, seniority, education background and income (F = 3.62,4.81,3.76,9.03; P <0.05 ). Conclusion The level of self-harmony of communication constructors is low; age, seniority, education background and income affect the degree of self-harmony.
