经痰、胃液检查证实的13例特发性肺含铁血黄素的胸片显示，不同病程及病期的X线表现不同，呈现出多样性，从肺纹理增多到团絮状影。笔者认为本病胸片表现缺乏特异性，需结合临床作出诊断。
Thirteen cases of idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderin confirmed by sputum and gastric juice examination showed that the X-ray manifestations of different stages and stages of disease were different, showing a diversity, ranging from lungs to flocculus.
