公共领域作为一种对历史现象的抽象和概括,有其基本的学理内涵和价值模型。网络媒介自由、平等、互动、公开、共享的信息传播属性为公共领域的网络化实现提供了理想的平台。但目前的网络媒介由于受到政治力量和商业资本的入侵以及公众理性的缺失等限制,呈现出一种“非完全式公共领域”的现实形态。理想的公共领域建构需要政府的制度性保障、网络公共媒介的建立以及公众理性和批判精神的回归。
As a kind of abstraction and generalization of the historical phenomena, the public sphere has its basic academic connotation and value model. The free, equal, interactive, open and shared information dissemination attributes of online media provide an ideal platform for the networked implementation in the public domain. However, due to the restriction of the invasion of political power and commercial capital and the lack of public reason, the current online media presents a realistic form of “incomplete public domain ”. The construction of an ideal public sphere requires the institutional guarantee of the government, the establishment of an online public media, and the return of public reason and critical spirit.
