目的探讨手法闭合复位后经皮两枚细克氏针固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折的方法及效果。方法在C型臂X线机透视下采用手法闭合复位经皮两枚细克氏针肱骨外侧髁放射状固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折86例。结果 83例随访8周～2 a,平均3个月。骨折全部愈合,无针孔感染,无Volkman挛缩。优79例,良1例,可2例,差1例,优良率为96.4%。结论手法闭合复位经皮两枚细克氏针外侧固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折,有创伤小,有操作简单,固定稳定等优点。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of percutaneous two Kirschner wire fixation for supracondylar humerus fractures after manual reduction and closure. Methods Eighty - six cases of supracondylar fractures of the humerus were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous two lateral fixation of the lateral humeral condyle by means of C - arm X - ray fluoroscopy. Results 83 cases were followed up for 8 weeks to 2 years with an average of 3 months. All fractures healed, no pinhole infection, no Volkman contracture. Excellent in 79 cases, good in 1 case, fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case, excellent and good rate was 96.4%. Conclusion Closed reduction and reduction by percutaneous two Kirschner wires lateral fixation for the treatment of supracondylar humerus fractures in children, with less trauma, simple operation, stable and so on.
