随着经济水平的不断发展,人们生活水平的迅速提高,我国建筑业得到了蓬勃发展。建筑物外墙使用的材料品种越来越多,档次快速提升,同时这也对施工也提出了更高要求,外墙出现渗水的现象也慢慢地多起来了,房屋建筑工程外墙渗漏是个比较普遍的现象,已经成为一大质量通病,渗漏除对结构和耐久性有一定的影响外,更会严重地影响美观和使用功能。
With the continuous development of the economic level and the rapid improvement of people’s living standards, the construction industry in China has been booming.
