稀土CeO_2在6063Al表面Ni基激光熔覆中的作用机制

利用激光熔覆技术,在6063Al表面制备了添加稀土CeO_2的Ni60合金熔覆层,并通过OM、XRD、SEM和EDS等手段进行测试分析,研究稀土CeO_2对6063Al表面激光熔覆Ni基熔覆层组织、相结构、成分等微观结构的影响,探讨稀土氧化物CeO_2的作用效果和机制。结果表明:加入5%CeO_2可有效地减少Ni60熔覆层中的裂纹、孔洞,使熔覆层具有较好的组织形貌;5%CeO_2+Ni60熔覆层和未加CeO_2的Ni60熔覆层主要相结构均为β-NiAl(Cr)和少量的NiAl_3、Ni_3Al、Al等,添加稀土后β-Ni Al相的(110)、(200)、(211)衍射峰和Al峰的强度有明显降低,且有明显的Ni Al3峰;相比于未添加CeO_2的Ni60熔覆层,添加CeO_2后的熔覆层元素分布较为均匀,稀释率降低;加入5%CeO_2可使Ni60熔覆层的表层孔隙率大幅降低,细化作用明显,晶粒分布较弥散,但对熔覆层底部微观组织的改善作用不明显。 The cladding layer of Ni60 alloy with rare earth CeO_2 was prepared on the surface of 6063Al by laser cladding. The intensities of the (110), (200) and (211) And the obvious NiAl3 peak. Compared with Ni60 without CeO_2, the element of CeO_2 is more uniform and the dilution rate is lower. Adding 5% CeO_2 can make the surface of Ni60 layer The porosity is greatly reduced, the refining effect is obvious, the grain distribution is more dispersed, but the improvement effect on the microstructure at the bottom of the cladding layer is not obvious.
