D.H. Lawrence is a twentieth century outstanding novelist, poet and literary critic. Although many of his novels have been banned for their daring sexual descriptions, the profound social reality and the gender relations reflected in his works are increasingly being explored. This article attempts to interpret the relationship between characters and characters in the fox novel from the perspective of feminism in order to probe into Lawrence’s definition of the relationship between the sexes and the status of women and at the same time correct the misunderstanding of Lawrence in the past.
