抗结核药物利福平(RFP)和对氨基水杨酸钠(PAS)口服联用时,可明显减少RFP的吸收[1]。但RFP口服与PAS静脉途径给药联用时是否也有类似作用,国内外尚少见报道。我们对本院6例肺结核病人采用3种不同的RFP口服和PAS静脉滴人联合给药方案,以病人自身对比观察PAS对RFP药代动力学的影响
The oral administration of the anti-tuberculosis drug rifampin (RFP) and sodium p-aminosalicylate (PAS) significantly reduced RFP absorption [1]. However, whether oral administration of RFP combined with intravenous route of PAS also has similar effect, it is rarely reported at home and abroad. We used 6 different combinations of RFP oral and PAS intravenous drip in 6 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital to observe the influence of PAS on the pharmacokinetics of RFP
