我厂过去生产190及490柴油机凸轮轴,凸轮外形精磨是使用一台进口的意大利凸轮轴磨床,由于该磨床每个凸轮靠模分度换档及工件对应移位均为手动操作,除操作烦琐外,还使操作工人精神紧张,靠模分度换档及工件对应移位没有互锁,若工件换档后忘记作靠模换档,则砂轮架快进时与不对应之工件凸轮碰撞,造成工件报废。另外由于一台机床对两种产品进行大批量生产,对于产品的产量及质量都受到一定影响。为适应生产发展的需要,在厂党委领导下,我们发扬自力更生精神,以“三结合”的形式,利用现有的一台 M131W 外圆磨床为基础,设计改制成为一台 M131D 连续自动循环磨削的凸轮轴磨床,经过数月批量生产实践考验,该机床的磨削精度及使用性能均符合设计要求。
