过去报导过:从豚鼠肝脏中可分离出核肽(Nucleopeptide)。更进一步的研究阐明这些化合物由少量核苷酸与含有十种以上氨基酸的各种肽结合而成。本文提出了在无细胞体系中的核肽生物合成以及它们渗入蛋白质的某些结果。
It has been reported in the past that Nucleopeptide can be isolated from guinea pig liver. Further studies have shown that these compounds from a small number of nucleotides and containing more than ten kinds of amino acids combined peptide. This paper presents some of the results of nuclear peptide biosynthesis and their infiltration into proteins in cell-free systems.
