群众文化是我国社会主义精神文明建设的重要组成部分。在社会经济快速发展、人们的精神文化需求日益增长的今天,加强群众文化建设,做好群众文化工作,对提高广大人民群众的思想文化素质,实现和保障群众文化权益,促进和谐社会建设具有十分重要的作用。因此,我们要想方设法做好群众文化工作。本文从开展群众文化工作的现实意义谈起,就新形势下如何做好群众文化工作进行分析,以期促进群众文化事业繁荣发展。
