当前,经济法这门课程在高等教育中的作用越来越明显,不但法学本专科将其作为必修课,而且在很多诸如经济类、管理类、财会类等专业中,也将其作为一门辅修课来学习。对于非法学专业的学生而言,设置经济法课程是为了有效地联系其他主专业课程,做到知识上紧密结合。然而,该课程在课程设置上,教学方法上和在考核方式上都存在许多问题,针对这些问题,有必要提出相应的对策以应对日益发展的高校教育现状。
