右旋糖酐是葡萄糖分子脱水后的聚合物,根据聚合的葡萄糖分子数目不同,分为中分子量、低分子量和小分子量三种。临床上使用较多的是低分子右旋糖酐,该药有补充血容量,降低血液粘稠度,改善微循环,抗血栓和增加血浆容量的作用。过敏性反应极少见,所致的过敏性休克就更罕见了。最近,我院发生了一起静点低分子右旋糖酐而致过敏性休克的病例,现将该患的抢救护理过程报告如下。
Dextran is a polymer dehydrated glucose molecules, according to the different number of polymeric glucose molecules, divided into medium-molecular weight, low molecular weight and low molecular weight of three. More clinical use of low molecular weight dextran, the drug has the capacity to supplement blood volume, reduce blood viscosity, improve microcirculation, anti-thrombosis and increase the role of plasma volume. Allergic reactions are rare, resulting in an even more rare anaphylactic shock. Recently, our hospital occurred with a static point of low molecular weight dextran caused by anaphylactic shock cases, the patient’s rescue and care process is now reported as follows.
