《中国冶金百科全书》炭素专业编委会第二次会议于1987年12月4～6日在连云港市召开。参加会议的有冶金工业出版社总编杨直夫同志和《冶百》编委会成员及分支学科主、副编,共20余名。会议首先学习了有关百科全书的编辑知识,并听取了金昌政同志的讲话录音和杨直夫同志的有关编写条例的介绍。会议初步审议了各学科分支主、副编提出的条题清单,条题总数超过1000条。会议通过学习,基本明确了对条题的要求。《冶百》各卷是由众多的条目组成,每一个条目都是一个独立的
The second meeting of China Metallurgical Encyclopedia Carbon Specialized Editorial Board was held in Lianyungang City from December 4 to December 6, 1987.
