M1083无心磨床导板(图1)由于工件长而薄,淬火后容易造成翘曲变形,废品率很高。最近,我们改进了热处理方法,取得比较满意的效果。我们从以下三个方面作了改进。一、装炉方式过去是将导板平置于箱式电阻炉中,由于炉底板不平,导板在加热过程中就容易变形。为解决这一问题,将导板放在用六毫米低碳钢板焊成的加热箱中。装载方法是将两块导板垂直放在加热箱内,箱内填细砂至导板的二分之一高度(见图2)。细砂一方面对导板起定位作用,另一方面为下一步的局部加热、减少变形创造了有利条件。
M1083 Centerless Grinder guide (Figure 1) As the workpiece long and thin, easy to cause after warpage warpage, rejection rate is high. Recently, we have improved the heat treatment method and achieved satisfactory results. We made improvements from the following three aspects. First, the way the furnace is installed in the past will be flat in the box resistance furnace, due to uneven furnace floor, the guide plate in the heating process is easy to deformation. To solve this problem, the guide plate is placed in a heating box welded with a 6 mm low-carbon steel plate. Loading method is to place two guides perpendicular to the heating box, sand filled box to one-half the height of the guide (see Figure 2). Fine sand on the one hand from the role of the guide plate positioning, on the other hand for the next step of local heating, reduce deformation to create favorable conditions.
