本刊讯:(记者杨雪芹)尤伦斯当代艺术中心(UCCA)于3月19日至7月9日在大展厅、中展厅、长廊、甬道呈现群展“例外状态:中国境况与艺术考察2017”。展览共收录23位/组国内外艺术家的作品,立足于中国在全球化语境中的现实境况,探讨“艺术”作为一种表达与行动的媒介,如何应对某种脆弱、动荡而变化莫测的世界局势,即持续酝酿、演变的“例外状态”。展览建立在UCCA对当代艺术实践的长期研究与考察基础上,延续“中坚:新世纪中国艺术的八个关键形象”(2009)、“ON OFF:中国年轻艺术家的观念与实践”(2013)等每
Our correspondent (reporter Yang Xueqin) Ullens Center for Contemporary Art (UCCA) presents a group exhibition in the big exhibition halls, exhibition halls, promenades and corridors from March 19th to July 9th. “Exceptional State: China’s Situation and Art Study 2017 ”. The exhibition includes a total of 23 works by artists both at home and abroad. Based on the reality of China in the context of globalization, this exhibition explores how “art”, as a medium of expression and action, responds to some kind of fragility and turmoil. The unpredictable world situation, that is, the “exceptional state” that continues to evolve and evolve. Based on the UCCA’s long-term research and investigation of contemporary art practices, the exhibition extends “The Firm: Eight Key Figures in Chinese Art in the New Century” (2009), “ON OFF: The Concepts and Practices of Young Chinese Artists” (2013) etc each
