全民办地质是贯彻党的鼓足干劲,力争上游,多快好省地建设社会主义的总路线的具体体现之一.放手发动群众,解放思想,破除迷信,把地质工作从狭小的圈子里解放出来,向广大群众学习,这是地质工作的群众路线问题.我们105队近五年来,以辽西某地为中心进行勘探工作,主要是探钼.矿种单一,发动群众不够.党的社会主义建设总路线提出之后.由于认真贯彻了群众路线,大中小型结合,土洋并举的方针,使我队勘探工作在党的领导下,呈现了全民动手,与县乡密切结合,广大群众搞地质的新局面.
