设计了基于Nios Ⅱ的嵌入式Profibus-DP从站控制器。一片装载了NIOS Ⅱ软微处理器的FPGA作为硬件载体协调其他电路完成控制任务,Profibus接口使用VHDL程序被设计为一个IP软核,该软件由UART接口、FDL的协议处理模块和Nios Ⅱ CPU接口组成。从站控制器应用于玻璃配料控制系统中,表现出较好的控制性能。
The embedded Profibus-DP slave controller based on Nios Ⅱ is designed. A load NIOS Ⅱ soft microprocessor FPGA as a hardware carrier to coordinate other circuits to complete the control task, Profibus interface using VHDL program is designed as an IP soft core, the software consists of UART interface, FDL protocol processing module and Nios Ⅱ CPU interface composition. Slave controller used in glass batching control system, showing better control performance.
