随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高,食品向精加工方向发展成为必然趋势,“食不厌精”已进入我国寻常百姓家,对于儿童的食品则更是精而又精。赖氨酸饼干、赖氨酸龙须面、含铁饼干、AD奶、含铁酥心糖一类的强化食品正在涌入市场。各色各样的强化食品对儿童的生长发育利弊如何?怎样为孩子挑选强化食品?已成为家长们普遍关注的问题。为此,记者走访了中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生研究所的儿童营养专家刘冬生教授和陈学存教授。
