我院1963年以来收治尿路梗阻性无尿症26例。其中泌尿系以外肿瘤压迫双侧输尿管引起者6例,5例做了病理检查,报告如下: 6例皆为女性,年龄32～61岁,平均47.5岁。24小时尿量均少于10ml。无尿到就诊时间1～11天,平均6.5天。2例于入院前曾发生过无尿,经输液后恢复排尿,数日后再次无尿,输液无效。伴腰痛4例,肾脏增大1例、下腹触及肿块3例。血尿素氮及二氧化碳结合力检查均显示有不同程度的
Our hospital since 1963 admitted to urinary tract obstruction of anuria in 26 cases.
