劳动生产、工资分配是大事不是小事。马克思主义认为,没有生产就没有消费;没有消费也就没有生产。二者是对立的统一,不能偏废。只有彼此依存、相互促进,才能共同发展。改革开放以来,我们纠正了过去只管生产不问消费的错误,但仍有偏重生产、轻视消费的倾向,致使消费上不去,国民经济的发展没有达到理想的水平。消费上不去的主要原因,是人民生活水平提高得不多,生产与消费的比例不够平衡,供求关系处理不当。
Labor production, salary distribution is not a trivial matter. Marxism believes that there is no consumption without production; there is no production without consumption. The two are unification of opposition and can not be neglected. Only by mutual dependence and mutual promotion can we make common development. Since the reform and opening up, we have corrected the mistakes made in the past despite the fact that production does not ask for consumption. However, we still have the tendency of focusing on production and neglecting consumption. As a result, consumption does not increase and the development of the national economy has not reached the desired level. The main reasons for the failure to go up in consumption are that the living standards of the people are not raised much, that the ratio of production and consumption is not balanced, and that the relationship between supply and demand is not handled properly.
