本文考虑流体可压缩性、重合度对轮齿载荷的影响以及变曲率、变速度的瞬态效应,给出了齿轮传动瞬态弹流润滑方程及其求解方法,在引入齿轮传动的实际工况参数后进行完全数值解,得到了两齿轮在啮合线任意点处的油膜压力分布和油膜形状以及最小油膜厚度沿啮合线的变化曲线。
In this paper, considering the fluid compressibility, the influence of coincidence degree on gear tooth load and the transient effect of curvature and variable speed, the transient elastohydrodynamic lubrication equation of gear transmission and its solution method are given. In the actual condition of gear transmission After the full numerical solution, the oil pressure distribution, the oil film shape and the minimum oil film thickness along the mesh line of the two gears at any point of the meshing line were obtained.
