目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血小板参数,包括血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)和血小板分布宽度(PDW)的变化与血管性病变的关系。方法:采用SysmeXE-2100全自动血液分析仪,分别对100例2型糖尿病患者和100例健康对照者的PLT、MPV、PCT、PDW进行测定,同时利用Himchi-7600全自动生化分析仪检测其空腹血糖水平(FPG)。结果:①糖尿病组与对照组相比:MPV、PDW显著增高(P<0.01);PLT减低(P<0.05);而PCT变化无统计学差异;②糖尿病有血管病变组与无血管病变组相比:空腹血糖水平无显著差异,但有血管病变组MPV和PDW均显著高于无血管病变组(P<0.01),而PLT计数比无血管病变组减少(P<0.05);③PCT测定值两组间无显著差异。结论:2型糖尿病患者MPV和PDW显著升高,PLT减低;糖尿病有血管病变者和无血管病变者PLT、MPV和PDW明显改变,提示检测血小板参数如PLT、MPV和PDW对监测2型糖尿病有无血管病变发生有一定临床意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between platelet parameters, including platelet count (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet pressure (PCT) and platelet distribution width (PDW) in patients with type 2 diabetes and vascular lesions. Methods: PLT, MPV, PCT and PDW were measured in 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 100 healthy controls by SysmeXE-2100 automatic hematology analyzer. Meanwhile, hemi-7600 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect the fasting Blood glucose level (FPG). Results: ① Compared with the control group, the levels of MPV and PDW in diabetic group were significantly higher (P <0.01); the PLT was lower (P <0.05); while there was no significant difference in PCT changes. ②Compared with diabetic group (P <0.01), while the PLT count was lower than that of non-vascular disease group (P <0.05); ③ The value of PCT measurement was significantly higher than that of non-vascular disease group No significant difference between groups. Conclusion: MPV and PDW were significantly increased and PLT was decreased in patients with type 2 diabetes. PLT, MPV and PDW were significantly changed in those with or without vascular disease, suggesting that the detection of platelet parameters such as PLT, MPV and PDW No vascular lesions have some clinical significance.
