采用~(60)Co γ射线 7. 5 Gy对NIH小鼠进行一次性全身照射。结果表明云芝提取液对~(60)Co γ射线照射的小鼠有显著的保护作用,3次实验中小鼠的平均生存期(d):正常对照组(不加放射)3次实验均为30.0±0.0;云芝保护组分别为24.1±5.9,23.7±6.3和23.9±6.1;单纯放射组分别为7.7±1.7,8.3±1.2和8.1±0.9。云芝保护组的平均生存期与单纯放射组比较差异非常显著,均 P<0.01。正常对照组 30 d的存活率 3次实验均为 100%;云芝保护组存活率分别为 60%,50%和 50%;单纯放射组 3次实验均为 0。云芝保护组的指数(K,1.2以上为有意义)3次实验分别为3. 4,2. 8和 3。 0。云芝保护组放射后外周血 WBC和 PLT数降低不明显,且第 6天明显回升,而单纯放射组明显降低,第 6天回升不明显,两组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。
Using ~(60)Co gamma rays 7. One-half whole body irradiation of NIH mice was performed with 5 Gy. The results showed that Yunzhi extract had significant protective effect on mice irradiated by 60Co gamma rays. The average survival time of mice in 3 experiments (d): normal control group (without radiation) 3 experiments were 30.0 ± 0.0; Yunzhi protection group were 24.1 ± 5.9, 23.7 ± 6.3 and 23.9 ± 6.1; radiotherapy alone was 7.7 ± 1.7 , 8.3 ± 1.2 and 8.1 ± 0.9. The average survival time of the Yunzhi protection group was significantly different from that of the radiotherapy alone group (P<0.01). The 30-day survival rate of the normal control group was 100% in all three experiments; the survival rate of the Yunzhi protection group was 60%, 50%, and 50%, respectively; the radiotherapy group was 0 in three experiments. The index of the Yunzhi protection group (K, more than 1.2 is significant) was 3. 4,2. 8 and 3. 0. The WBC and PLT counts in peripheral blood of Yunzhi group were not significantly decreased after radiation, and they significantly increased on the 6th day. However, the radiotherapy group alone significantly decreased and the recovery did not appear on the 6th day. The difference between the two groups was very significant (P<0.01). .
