城镇房屋白蚁防治管理是一项关系到人民群众财产和人身安全的重要工作,建设部130号令规定白蚁危害地区新建、改建、扩建、装饰装修的房屋必须实施白蚁预防处理。规范的白蚁预防工程质量管理是白蚁预防工程质量的保证,直接影响到白蚁预防的效果。各白蚁防治单位应该充分认识到白蚁预防工程中质量管理的重要意义,从制度、部门、评价标准等方面来规范白蚁预防工程质量管理工作,为白蚁防治行业健康发展提供保障。
Termites prevention and control of urban houses is an important work related to the people’s property and personal safety. Order 130 of the Ministry of Construction stipulates that new terraces, remodeling, expansion and decoration of termites should be implemented to prevent termites. Standardized termite prevention project quality management is the guarantee of termite prevention project quality, which has a direct impact on the effectiveness of termite prevention. Termite prevention and control units should fully recognize the importance of quality control in termite prevention projects and standardize termite prevention project quality management in terms of systems, departments and evaluation standards so as to provide a guarantee for the healthy development of termite prevention and control industries.
