《劳动合同法》的制定,是出于保障人们自身利益的角度出发,也是适应社会发展的必然。《劳动合同法》可以有效地保障人们的切身利益,人们也可以通过《劳动合同法》中相关手段,合理维护自己的切身利益。因此本篇文章主要分析了现阶段劳动合同法在实践中的具体应用。
The formulation of the Labor Contract Law is based on the point of safeguarding people’s own interests and also the necessity of adapting to social development. “Labor Contract Law” can effectively protect the immediate interests of people, people can also “Labor Contract Law” in the relevant means to reasonably safeguard their own vital interests. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the concrete application of the labor contract law in practice.
