6月龄斑头鱼形态性状与体质量的相关性和通径分析

为研究6月龄斑头鱼形态性状对体质量的影响,采用相关性分析、回归分析和通径分析的方法,对220尾斑头鱼的全长(X1)、体长(X2)、头长(X3)、躯干长(X4)、尾柄长(X5)、尾柄高(X6)、体高(X7)和体宽(X8)8个形态性状和体质量(Y)进行测量和分析.结果 表明,所测量的8个形态性状与体质量的相关性均达到极显著水平(P<0.01).通径分析表明,体长、体宽、全长、头长和体高是影响体质量的主要形态性状.决定系数显示,体长的单独决定系数最大,为0.299;全长和体长的共同决定系数最大,为0.244;总的决定系数为0.923,表明对6月龄斑头鱼体质量有影响的主要形态性状全部纳入.研究建立了最优的回归方程为Y=-8.900+0.467X1+1.247X2+0.274X3+0.169X7+1.866X8.对6月龄斑头鱼选育的过程中,除考虑体质量外,还应考虑全长和体长.
