该文观察、测定了来源不同的球孢白僵菌22个菌株的培养性状(菌落质地、颜色、生长速率)、产孢量、孢子萌发中时、水分活性、紫外照射活率、水浴活率等多个生物学及生态学指标,将培养性状编码后,由所得的8个指标对供试菌株求相关系数矩阵。根据不同菌株所在行、列的相关系数求得平均相似值S,S>75%的菌株具备中心菌株的条件,它们分别是Bb4、Bb13、Bb23、Bb36、Bb38、Bb48、Bb59、Bb77、Bb81、Bb86及Bb88,其中以Bb4的平均相似值最大,将其确定为球孢白僵菌的中心菌株。
In this paper, 22 different strains of Beauveria bassiana from different sources were tested for their culture traits (colony texture, color, growth rate), sporulation, spore germination, water activity, UV irradiation activity, And other biological and ecological indicators, the cultivated traits encoded by the eight indicators obtained from the test strains correlation coefficient matrix. According to the correlation coefficients of different strains, the average similarity values of S, S> 75% were obtained. The conditions of the strains were Bb4, Bb13, Bb23, Bb36, Bb38, Bb48, Bb59, Bb77, Bb81, Bb86 and Bb88, in which the average similarity of Bb4 was the largest, which was identified as the main strain of Beauveria bassiana.
