原行业统筹企业移交地方实行省级管理后,遍市全省各地30余万人的行业参保职工成为浙江省社会保险事业管理中心的服务对象。针对业务经办周期长、效率低以及经办人员少的特点,该中心积极谋求一种不受地域限制、行业单位参与操作部分业务、实时与行业单位进行信息传递、宣传交流的对策,充分利用沿海经济发达、网络健全的优势,率先实现行业养老保险业务网上申报,形成了省社保中心与行业单位、市县社保机构、市县街道社区,与地税部门,与养老金委托发放机构之间互联互动、信息共享的网络系统。这对于其他省份的信息化建设应该有一些借鉴作用。
After the transfer of the original industry co-ordinating enterprises to provincial-level administration, the insured workers in industries covered more than 300,000 throughout the province became the service targets of the Zhejiang Social Insurance Business Management Center. In response to the characteristics of long service life, low efficiency and low handling staff, the center actively pursues a kind of countermeasure that is not subject to geographical restrictions, industry units participate in the operation of part of the business and real-time information transmission with industry units and exchange of information, make full use of Coastal economy developed, the sound network, the first to achieve the industry pension insurance business online declaration, the formation of the provincial social security center and industry units, city and county social security agencies, city and county community streets, with the local tax department, and pension agency commissioned by the Internet Interactive, information sharing network system. This should have some reference for the informatization construction of other provinces.
