肿瘤的生长与新生血管的形成和血流量增加有关,血管生成在肿瘤的生长、侵袭与转移过程中起重要的作用。CT灌注成像是一种敏感性较高的无创成像方法,可在活体中监控肿瘤血管生长状况,是一种全新的成像方式,对于评价肿瘤的局部微循环状况及肿瘤的临床诊断、治疗评估和发病机制的研究都有重要意义。文中复习了CT灌注成像应用于肿瘤病变研究的文献,综述CT灌注成像基本原理、疗效监测与预后评估等。
Tumor growth is associated with the formation of new blood vessels and increased blood flow. Angiogenesis plays an important role in tumor growth, invasion and metastasis. CT perfusion imaging is a highly sensitive noninvasive imaging method that can monitor the growth of tumor blood vessels in vivo and is a new imaging modality for evaluating the local microcirculation status of tumors and the clinical diagnosis and treatment evaluation of tumors The pathogenesis of research are of great significance. This article reviewed the CT perfusion imaging applied to the study of tumor lesions, summarizes the basic principles of CT perfusion imaging, efficacy monitoring and prognosis assessment.
