贵阳医学院附属医院皮肤科将硼妙用于治疗皮肤真菌病效果较显著,后又将硼砂制成霜剂——灭癣霜,经四年来的实践,证明制剂质量稳定,用于治疗皮肤真菌病,对股癣、体癣,手癣、足癣、花斑癣、念珠菌病等皮肤病治愈率高、付作用小,无刺激性和无变态反应等。现报告如下: 灭癣霜制剂外方硼砂 15.0g 硬脂酸 12.6g 单硬脂酸甘油酯 3.0g 凡士林 2.0g 液体石蜡 3.0g 吐温—80 4.5g 甘油 22.0g 氢氧化钾 2.5g 蒸馏水(加至) 100.0g 灭癣霜生产工艺将油溶性药物(硬脂酸、单硬脂酸甘油酯、凡士林、液体石蜡)置于适当容器中加热熔融;另将水溶性成分(硼砂、吐温—80、甘油、氢氧化钾)溶于水,加热至与油相温度相近时(80～90℃),徐徐将油液加入水相,边加边搅拌,待皂化完全并搅拌至冷凝,即可。
