GB/T19141-2011家用太阳能热水系统技术条件国家标准已于2012年8月1日起实施。该标准规定平均热损因数数值保留至个位数。这一要求对开展实验室间比对、实施GB 26969-2011等带来一些困惑。本文通过对就平均热损因数开展实验室问比对和能效系数计算、能效等级判定等展开探讨,找出了不合理的原因,得出了将平均热损因数数值保留一位小数可以提高该标准的严谨性,有效化解一些矛盾的研究结论。
GB / T19141-2011 domestic solar hot water system technical conditions of national standards since August 1, 2012 come into operation. The standard states that the average heat loss factor is retained in single digits. This requirement brings some confusion about conducting inter-laboratory comparison and implementing GB 26969-2011. In this paper, we investigate the average heat loss factor in laboratory intercomparisons and calculation of energy efficiency coefficient, energy efficiency rating and so on, and find out the unreasonable reasons. It is concluded that the average heat loss factor can be increased by one decimal place Standard rigor, effective solution to some contradictory findings.
