目的:考察活血化瘀药对2型糖尿病大鼠的疗效。方法:采用高糖高脂喂饲加注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法建立大鼠2型糖尿病模型。造模成功后随机分为5组,模型组(10 mL.kg-1蒸馏水),达美康组(0.05 g.kg-1),速效救心丸组(0.1 g.kg-1)、地奥心血康组(0.1 g.kg-1)和复方丹参滴丸组(0.14 g.kg-1),并设正常对照组(10 mL.kg-1蒸馏水),连续ig给药4周。分别于给药2,4周后测定各组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG),并于给药4周后测定口服糖耐量,计算血糖曲线下面积(AUC);测定血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)、总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)、瘦素(Leptin)及糖化血红蛋白(GSP),并做胰腺及肝脏病理学检查。结果:给药4周后,各组大鼠FBG分别为:正常组(5.32±0.69)mmol.L-1,模型组(20.40±2.75)mmol.L-1,达美康组(9.18±3.91)mmol.L-1,速效救心丸组(10.72±2.60)mmol.L-1,地奥心血康组(12.09±3.85)mmol.L-1,复方丹参滴丸组(14.76±2.57)mmol.L-1。各组大鼠TG分别为:正常组(0.50±0.08)mmol.L-1,模型组(1.00±0.20)mmol.L-1,达美康组(0.80±0.21)mmol.L-1,速效救心丸组(0.70±0.24)mmol.L-1,地奥心血康组(0.72±0.21)mmol.L-1,复方丹参滴丸组(0.81±0.13)mmol.L-1。3组活血化瘀复方能降低大鼠的FBG、改善糖耐量、降低血清TG和TC,血脂水平得到改善,脏器病变情况也得到改善。结论:活血化瘀药物组对2型糖尿病大鼠有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction on type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: A rat model of type 2 diabetes was established by high-fat and high-fat feeding plus a small dose of streptozotocin (STZ). The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group (10 mL.kg-1 distilled water), daimikang group (0.05 g.kg-1), Suxiaojiuxin Pill group (0.1 g.kg-1) (0.1 g.kg-1) and compound Danshen dripping group (0.14 g.kg-1). Results: After 4 weeks of administration, the FBG in each group were (5.32 ± 0.69) mmol.L-1 in normal group, 20.40 ± 2.75 mmol.L-1 in model group, 9.18 ± 3.91 (14.76 ± 2.57) mmol.L-1 in the compound salvia miltiorrhiza dripping group (10.72 ± 2.60) mmol.L-1, DiaoXueKangKang group (12.09 ± 3.85) mmol.L-1, . The TG of rats in each group were 0.50 ± 0.08 mmol.L-1 in normal group, 1.00 ± 0.20 mmol.L-1 in model group, 0.80 ± 0.21 mmol.L-1 in model group, (0.70 ± 0.24) mmol.L-1 in Jiuxanmai group, 0.72 ± 0.21 mmol.L-1 in DiaoXueKangKang group, and 0.81 ± 0.13 mmol.L-1.3 in Fufang Danshen dripping group Reduce FBG in rats, improve glucose tolerance, lower serum TG and TC, blood lipid levels are improved, and organ lesions have also been improved. Conclusion: The blood-activating and resolving stasis medicine group has a certain therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetic rats.
