中国成本研究会第四届理事会暨第九次理论讨论会于1 992年11月17日至20目在河北省保定市召开,参加这次会议的有中国成本研究会的理事、大专院校和科研单位的专家学者以及大型企业代表共97人。会长许毅同志主持会议。河北省财政厅厅长张献璞同志、保定地委书记刘兆亮同志分别向大会致词,大会还宣读了名誉会长于光远同志发来的贺信。会议期间,会长许毅和副会长杨纪琬分别作了关于学习党的十四大会议精神和我国会计改革的学术报告。会议还听取了代秘书长余秉坚同志代表第三届理事会所作的工作报告,会议最后选举了第四届理事会,并由副会长黄菊波同志在闭幕式上作了总结发言。
The 4th Board of Directors of the China Cost Research Institute and the 9th Theoretical Seminar was held in Baoding City, Hebei Province from November 17th to 20th, 1992. The members of the China Cost Research Institute and universities and colleges attended the conference. A total of 97 experts and scholars from scientific research institutions and large-scale enterprise representatives. President Xu Yi presided over the meeting. Comrade Zhang Xianbiao, Director of the Hebei Provincial Department of Finance and Comrade Liu Zhaoliang, Secretary of the Prefectural Party Committee of Baoding addressed the conference. The congress also sent a letter of congratulation from the honorary president Yu Guangyuan. During the meeting, President Xu Yi and Vice President Yang Jichen made academic reports on studying the spirit of the 14th National Congress of the Party and accounting reform in China. The meeting also heard a report on behalf of the Secretary-General Yu Bingjian on behalf of the work of the third session of the Council, the meeting finally elected the fourth session of the Council, and vice president Huang Jubo at the closing ceremony made a concluding statement.
